ZALTBOMMEL/ BERLIN/ MANCHESTER/ TOULON 2nd April 2025 – Moving Intelligence & Echoes, one of the leading European providers of connected vehicle solutions and intelligent fleet management, today announces the appointment of Mathieu Chènebit as its new CEO, effective 1 April 2025.

Mathieu Chènebit, who has served as CEO of Echoes since 2020, will now take over the overall leadership of the combined group, succeeding Patrick Horst, who has successfully led Moving Intelligence since 2012. Patrick Horst will remain closely involved with the organization and will be appointed as Chairman of the Board as of April 1, 2025.

This strategic leadership transition reinforces the Group’s stability and commitment to its vision of becoming the European leading provider of vehicle tracking and fleet management software solutions by 2030.

“I am honoured to lead Moving Intelligence & Echoes into its next chapter of growth and innovation,” said Mathieu Chènebit. “Under Patrick’s leadership, we have built a strong foundation with cutting-edge technology and exceptional service. I look forward to building on this legacy and accelerating our expansion across Europe, while continuing to deliver the secure, sustainable solutions our customers rely on.”

With operations spanning 10 European countries and 200 employees across seven offices in the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, and France, the Group currently manages 700,000 connected active assets. With OEM data from Echoes and certified telematics hardware from Moving Intelligence, we offer our customers the best of both worlds with innovative technology. With the appointment of Mathieu as CEO, I am convinced that we are taking the next step in realizing our strong international growth ambition.”
